Found the problem. If you guys have downloaded a Noctis Fishing Outfit mod, you need to disable it because it is conflicting with this one.

I have the same problem too.. I thought there's something wrong with my ffxv game, but I guess it's not just me. Can you fix it please

I have the same problem with Psamathes, it downloads but not available in the game.

This outfit looks great, but sadly the mod doesn't work for me :( I subscribe to the mod and it downloads just fine, but when I load the game it doesn't appear in the menu...
