How to add armour?

Spawn Menu-> Tools-> Explosive Entities-> Health Multiplier

Q: Why the turret is not present?
A: It won't save the turret. To get the turret, press c, and then click on the vehicles, then click body group, then click D9_APC_turret_ref.smd
