Armor Hydrogen Engines Korvo's rebalance

Just a small rebalance, so these ones don't only have more steel plates, they also have a bit more thrust, so in most designs you can change your stock thrusters with one of these without ANY acceleration looses.
Also, it increases thrust of large hydrogen a bit.
