Modular Defense Platform (Vanilla)

A modular, large-grid, in-ground defense platform with integrated welders for dynamically repairing damage taken by hostile forces. Each module contains an interior turret, gatling turret, and missile turret, a small reactor for power, and a small cargo container for spare repair parts. Each defense platform can be standalone or multiple defense platforms may be attached end-to-end to supply redundant defensive weapons, power, and spare parts supplies. The welders are currently set to "OFF", so turn them on when the defense platform is completed, and stay clear of the welders or they will KILL you!

If installed while in creative mode, enter spectator mode to get inside, transfer player control while inside, go to the bottom of one of the inclinded ramps, and set a GPS waypoint as an aiming point. Go back outside, align yourself with the GPS waypoint, and use your hand drill to drill an inclined tunnel toward the waypoint. Once you've hit the beginning of the entrance, clear the remaining rock from the inside walkways and you'll have access to the underlying components for maintenance. Alternatively, to avoid tunneling, load the cargo containers using either the gatling or missile turret inventory ports.
