Beskrivning

This is my edited version of the mod Rebalanced Research & Tradition Penalties by NordikaMan.

Changes:

Colonies now add 20% instead of 10%
Tradition Cost increase now only 1% per tree completed, and per colony (designed to be used with Expanded Stellaris Traditions and Expanded Stellaris Ascension Perks

I'll leave this one up here in case someone is playing pre 2.2, but I have now uploaded a new version designed for 2.2, seeing as the tech cost is no longer needed.
