was not expecting to find a twokinds add-on for stellaris and yet theres one sitting here on the workshop

The government Ethics are the only thing I question, but then again, I dont see it being wrong either. Basicly you could put anything just about in the gov. ethics and be ok with this. Looks fine to me. (I personally dont like Resilent trait but its not a bad choice.)
