[EO] Heavy Carrier 1.13

A heavily updated version of my heavy carrier, almost unreconizable exept fot the distinctive back buldge and paint job. It mounts strategic and tactical raildrones, strategic coil drones, and extended range heavy cannon drones in its flight bays. It also mounts medium nukes, 100MW 5g microflack rails, 100MW Ciws cannons, and 100MW lasers, for self defence in a fleet battle, or against missles an drones. It has 8 and 40 KM/S of deltaV depending on mode, and only (!) cost 25 KT and 100MC, only because it is such a powerful ship for this price.
