GTA2 Vacant City (Read description!)

IMPORTANT: It will stutter with 32 bots but you can easily reduce it with "bot_quota {number of players}".

Based on a custom GTA2 map called "Multislayer" made by "BenMillard".
All credit for textures and level design goes to him!

It's a work in progress although I probably won't waste any more time on it as it is clear that it can't become what I had in mind (open world map with drivable and self-driving vehicles).
