---------- Manipulate Weather ----------
Adds a spell to the game that gives you the power to control the weather.


--------- Description ----------
This adds ONE spell to change the weather to SEVERAL different types of weather. The "Tome: Manipulate Weather" Spell book can be found outside Riverwood, by the little campsite. (the firewood pile if you haven't done the Riverwood needs guards to protect them from dragons quest yet)

Weather options are:

Clear
Rain
More rain
Storm (lots of rain) <- Due to request
Snow
Snowstorm
Fog
Sovngarde Clear
Sovngarde Dark
Sovngarde Fog
Rlease (Releases the weather and lets Skyrim do it's own thing)

NOTE: If you have any suggestions please contact me or leave a comment and we'll see what I can do.

---------- BUGS ----------
I have found no bugs, I have not playtested this extensively so if you find anything, please leave it in the comments section or message me on Steam.
I am also not certain of this but this may or may not ruin the main quest in which you have to change the weather with a shout (Trying not to give any spoilers here) so I'd advice against using this spell during the Main Quest.

---------- Steam now allows us to charge for mods -----------------

Hey all, in light of steam starting the whole "pay for mods" thing, which I'm not so sure I approve of, I would just like to say that this mod and all my other stuff will not be charged for. If, however, you feel like you absolutely *must* give me something for it I've got a bitcoin address @ 15krLGk7y2Yp3FHkcRr3wYdCZ1w61VUeke. But really, you enjoying my mod is all I ever wanted from this.

Also there was a vampire mod for Oblivion a few years back called "Unholy Darkness" (check it out) and the author found a really neat loophole in the EULA. The EULA stated that everything created using the Construction Set was not to be used for financial benefit so that mods could remain free. Well this modder (madmole) said that you can have the entire mod for free but if you wanted the voice files for the mod (which were all made in an external program by the man himself) you needed to donate a small sum, for which you could recieve a non-essential part of the mod. Overall a nice compromise, anyways, Bethesda didn't lke this one bit but now they've seemingly changed their stance on this.

Sorry for the rant, I just wanted the mods for Skyrim to remain free, such a shame.
