Fixes and improvements for the Prime.

Changes:
Update 3
- fixed DLH 500 FR quarter panel being offset in iventory (caused by wrong phys mesh)
- removed "DLH 500 will be sold without sideskirts" files, as this was added to the game with 2022-11-16 update
Update 2
- fixed radiator and changed its filter category to body (larger radiator from MC)
- DLH 500 will be sold without sideskirts
Update 1
- fixed non paintable spot on DLH 500 front quarterpanels
- improved hoods: cleared the underside part that is visible from the front
Release
- renamed sideskirts to DLH 700 and moved them to aftermarket section in catalog
- added sideskirts without cutout for side exhaust
- added paintable rear bumper
