Alec loves theme parks. So much so that he started one in his back yard with a ferris wheel. Over time, he bought his neighbor's property in the hopes of building a theme park on the beach. Unfortunately, after securing ride blueprints and converting the old boathouse, he ran out of money! He needs your help to turn his dream into reality.

Borrow some money, create a successful park, and pay back the loans! When the Cliffs of Opportunity are more self-sufficient, purchase the neighboring land and expand.
