Manned Turbo Engine Rocket. Uses liquid fuel only.
Max speed 3.9 Ma. Best at height 15km - 20km. Max weight 11.5t

Usage:
- send a Kerbal to ANYWHERE on Kerbin within 30min.

Made purely from Vanilla version.

How To Launch:
- Launch at the Launchpad.
- Turn on turbo engine (default hotkey: space) and set to full speed (default hotkey: z).
- Wait until the rocket sets off.
- Turn off the landing struts (default hotkey: g).
- Go vertically until around height 5km.
- Gradually switch to horizontal pose towards your target.

Fly Notice:
- Turn on SAS for stability (default hotkey: t).
- Maintain a height of 15km - 20km. The higher you go, the less fuel you consume, but may also be slower.
- Don't press SPACE again until you really need to deploy your parachutes!

How To Land:
- Reduce height under 5km.
- Turn off turbo engine (default hotkey: x).
- Open the Service Bay (default hotkey: 2).
- If the stage icon of the parachutes are not displayed in red or yellow (which means it's safe to deploy), deploy the parachute (default hotkey: space).
- Before touching the ground, turn on the landing struts (default hotkey: g).
- Hope it doesn't explode!
- Turn off SAS (default hotkey: t) and toggle breaks on (optional) after landed still.


One of the fuel tanks is not fully charged in order to make launching easier. Feel free to give it more fuel if necessary. You can't put much weight on this rocket due to the power of turbo engine, otherwise it won't be able to set off.

Unfortunately it's one-time use only at this stage, unless you put an engineer on it, which allows you to reset the parachute and set off again after landed. Unmanned version is also available.
