They work in 1.6 for me and can be added mid-game.
Be aware that you have to rebuild the wall segments where the coolers are placed.

I can't look at the normal coolers without this :(

For some reason when I install them, they dont work. They are connected to the power grid and consume electricity, but for some reason still show that they arent and wont do anything

Awesome work. The see through thing was pretty common with mods involving xenos, doors and placeable wall items that had not been updated to 1.5. Not sure specifically in anomaly what caused these things to go invisible but it seemed to only happen with those certain things.

May have fixed the see-through issue? I can't recreate it after the update.

Currently this mod will make it so that any wall this cooler is put in will be able to be seen through or shot over from enemy pawns. It will still be impassible but enemies will be able to shoot through it.

any chance we get an 1.5 update?
