Gearbox Inspired HECU

Marine reskins inspired by Gearbox's HL1 Opposing Force and HD pack Hgrunt models.

Gives the grunts a more traditional ERDL style urban camo, woodland camo helmets (Including medic variant), black gasmasks with green filters and black vests with green webbing and equipment. Also includes matching gib and ZECU skins.

NOTE: If the marine skins don't seem to work at first try exiting the game and relaunching it. For some reason when I was testing the workshop upload the ZECU skin worked fine on the first launch but the marine skins didn't take until I restarted.
