You can build walls , ramps , floors, exactly as in Fortnite.

Commands : !wall !floor !ramp

You can also bind it, for example like :

bind "f1" "sm_wall"
bind "f2" "sm_ramp"
bind "f3" "sm_ramp"

You can change type of your material by clicking on your right mouse button.
You will start with little material to build something even from beginning of the round. You will have to kill players in order to get more materials. (more about this will be announced later). So when you jump of the plane, you'll have to use your parachute (by holding E) to safely land on a ground.
