Single Player ASBI Challenge

This challenge combines Single Player challenge and ASBI challenge in one.

Rules from Single Player
- Only one player can play, no bots
- Tech marine is not required. Every character can hack
- Hacking takes 0.1 second and is automatic. Like pressing a button.
- Ammo boxes and medkits spawn from killed aliens.

Rules from ASBI
- Forced hardcore friendly fire and onslaught
- Higher alien speed
- Increased diversity of random aliens around a map

Includes ASBI Casual challenge which is the same to Single Player ASBI, but doesn't lock to single marine. It has no leaderboards disabled.

Includes ASBI Casual + Reviving challenge, it is same as ASBI Casual but allows to revive marines
