How did you make it glow? I'm trying to make the weapon skin I made glow, but I'm unsure how to do so.

The glare you are talking about is actually a graphics setting on your end know as " Effect detail "
If you turn this setting to mid or low the shiny look will disappear.

There may be a way for me to fix this issue on my end so that you don't have to change any settings but, it is beyond my understanding at this time.
