To me contraflow apply for instance on a diamond where left turn lanes (from the surface street) do not cross : they switch position on the bridge and run parallel ( exemple : https://attap.gitbooks.io/uaid/content/138.jpg ).
Here they don't run parallel to each other. In fact it looks more like a regular traffic light intersection but where each direction is grade separated.
Or it can more simply be seen as a 4-level stack interchange where left turn flyovers merge on the left.
