描述
Adds Ateas as an alternate leader for the Scythian civilization. He united the disparate Scythian tribes of the Pontic Steppe into a formidable kingdom that expanded into Thrace and the Balkans under his rule. He also hated flute music.

Featuring leader art by the incomparable ChimpanG!

Leader Ability: Rex Scytharum
Saka Horse Archers and Light Cavalry units gain a Combat Bonus when adjacent to at least one other Saka Horse Archer or Light Cavalry unit, doubled if adjacent to at least one of both. After discovering Horseback Riding, gain Culture equal to 20% of the unit's cost when a non-civilian unit is created in the capital.

Leader Agenda: To Hear a Horse Neigh
Likes civilizations with lower amounts of culture. Dislikes civilizations that focus on culture.

Playstyle:
Military, Early Rush

Notes:
Leader is not animated.
Has TSL and RwF support.
Should be compatible with the base game (no DLC required)

I'm not sure if there's a bug with this mod or a conflict but I'm getting the Arteas Saka Horse archer penalty to my troops even when I'm not facing Arteas (and as far as I can tell he's not in my current game at all). I was playing India against Rome when I noticed this penalty being applied.

Any advice would be welcome but for now I'm gonna disable this mod to see if it helps.

You should create Ptolemy Auletes as an alternate ruler for Egypt, so that the flute-hater and the flute-player could settle their differences on the battlefield.
