The map is called "nz_asylum" and is located in "nZombies" or "Other" category.
Invisible walls are around the map as it was primarily created for the gamemode nZombies.

This collection includes the guns and nZombies content packs.

In the second round the last zombie does not show up

Why is every map containing custom textures now 100% errors for me? this never happened before am I the only person experiencing this?

Truth be told, we're currently on a hiatus on making or updating CoD Zombies maps for the time being.
