Glenwood Corner by Khrysler

Philly style corner commercial building with good old time Victorian brown cornices. It's based on the building at the corner of Snyder Ave. and South 17th St. in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Changed its cornice color to brown to match the color of limestone sills and arches (I think it was the origianl color). It should fit in nicely from small town main street to big city old downtown scenes.

NOTE:
"Elmwood Corner" or "any level 1 2x3 right corner buidling" is required to spawn as a growable in your city since Vanilla doesn't have any..!

Asset Info:

Growable - 2x3 Corner - Level 2 Low Density Commercial Building
MODEL - 1,891 triangles with 1024x1024 textures (d,c,i,n,s,a)
LOD - 118 triangles with 256x256 textures (d,c,i,s)

The building was based on one in South Philly so I'm sure Camden shares a lot of architecture elements.

You say it looks Philly and it does. Very similar to what we had in North Camden, NJ.. We had two homes, side by side, with connected twin porches, divided by a wood railing. Both houses. were two story. There were three story ones but not in my neighborhood. They were built around 1917.
