Modular Buildings: UK Modern Gutter Downpipes
This is a small pack created to be used with my Modular Buildings: UK Modern asset packs.

1. Downpipe Bend Overhang
2. Downpipe Straight

Geometry tri count
1. Bent: 68
2. Straight: 36

Textures
Each element uses the same 128 x 512 texture.

I would love these as normal buildings, not to be rude but I don't really want to place down every part of the house like I'm playing Sims 4 or something...

I get the freedom, but I just want good looking UK houses that I can plop down with a single click.

Not subbed but rated in the hope one day you'll make some of these single buildings.
