The inventory capacity has been modified. If your equipment cannot be produced normally, please remove it and build a new equipment.


-----Attention!-----

This is a new version.
The old version has been abandoned and will be removed after some time.

-----What can it do?-----
1. It can get resources without destroying the terrain, which prevents the game archive from getting bigger.
2. You can also use it to get resources when terrain damage is disabled.

-----How do you use it?-----
As with assembly, you need to use it to produce [Locator Data] and then to make ore with [Locator Data].
[Locator Data] can be made without any materials.

Unfortunately not yet; the way it's planned to work is that it'll have 2 units which 1 will be dedicated to get data and then the other will be the harvester. The data units are supposed to represent each ore so that the drill units know exactly what to harvest.

Цей мод... Нема нормального гайду... Можна зробити нормальний гайд з картинками? Я думаю меньше 50% людей розуміють як це працює. Я до цих пір не знаю що таке данні локатора і де їх знайти...:steamfacepalm:

When it gets ressources without terrain ... is it then an infinite ressource cheat?or do you mean you only remove the ressources, but leave terrain above untouched, creating a whole that can not be seen from the outside and as you do not touch the terrain aboce, you still have a larger game archiv but not as large as one would have by additionally removing that terrain?
In a comment below you mentioned the terrain fixes itself now, is that a server conf option or does vanilla do that equally in singleplayer aswell multiplayer games and therefor the same area could be mined over and over again?

Simplest fix is to Drag Locator data from Inventory of Drill to Que of the drill. Where the ore is in the que. The Locator data improperly goes to the inventory of the drill. It should spawn in the Que of the drill.

Why not removing [Locator Data] ? It can get this to full autocraft.

It does work, however, the thing is fairly unbalanced, and I do want to try to separate the data collection to a separate machine to make it a little bit more balanced.

This was originally created to reduce memory usage, but now that the terrain fixes itself, it's less necessary, so I haven't updated it for a long time. Not sure if it works right now...
