This mod will be archived for the time being. Im not sure if I will come back to it.

I have a current 4.0 playthrough with this mod and it seems to be functional. I think the only tech that hasn't unlocked for me is the Infinity Shields and that is most likely due to RNG.

Hello, still a great mod after all these years. would it be possible for you to tweak the energy required tho? it's way to high I believe. bump it down maybe 20 or 30 levels

not sure if thats what he was on about but its got the tech
all the halo mods made by that guy has tech and stuff for each one, but is not balanced, like super not balanced.
