Aa2 'Bugbear' Battle Mech

描述
I have managed to make my first battlemech. Behold! The Bugbear! A quadrepedal mech platform toting a formidable array of weapons, and intuitive control systems. It is also the first mech I designed that moves at a steady ~5m/s.

It has 4 legs, 4 gattling guns, 2 reloadable rocket launchers, an oxygen generator, a reactor, system status readouts, short range navigational radar, a horizon indicator, and is an object of dread and apprehension, at least, to your worst enemy.


How to pilot:
WSAD controls will toggle the legs to move the mech in the corresponding direction. (It will adjust for the direction you are facing.)
Press the button in the direction you are moving to toggle back into idle state.
You can move in any direction from any direction.
Press your crouch button to enter the parked animation.
To steer the entire mech press 3 on the first hotbar to lock your torso and engage steering gyroscopes. The navball in the bottom right is very good for aligning yourself forward to perform such maneuvers.

Hotbar configuration.
1) Gattling guns.
2) Rocket launchers.
3) Torso lock. For steering the entire mech.
6) Headlights
8) Left camera
9) Right camera

On the second hotbar are the controls for MECS should the WSAD converter be taken out.
The controls are: 1 Forward, 2 Backward, 3 Idle, 4 Left, 5 Right, 6 Park.

For certain. I will probably drop the missiles from the designs from this point onward. Increased speed is actually something I hope to figure out. I can't do it easily with pistons because they each have a base speed of 5m/s, so I need to work on a completely different frame design to get this to work. Hmm... Rotors have a much higher max speed...

Try 6 legs, can you get more speed with that and not lose stability? .. Also making these for battle but one salvo of missles destroys the entire mech? how are you happy with that?

** Great work on the mech legs, but still not good enough for practicle use...
Need to reach 20 - 60 m/s
