could you model MOD separately? It's just the appearance.

Its an issue with the game, to fix it you have to unequip all your weapons, after that, you can try to equip the sword, and hopefully it works. It can take up to 5 attempts so if it doesnt work the first time just try again.

Weirdly, when I use this weapon it looks like the Mythra Sword, instead of the Pneuma one.
I have both of those mods installed, perhaps they're conflicting?
