Testington - Tech Test Map

I've spent the weekend digging in to the map editing facilities in Bus Sim 18 - essentially before putting together any tutorials or even a "proper" project I wanted to kick all the tires and make sure I understood how it all worked. Turns out there's some bits missing in the docs :)

This is a really simple level - it's not going to keep you entertained and it honestly isn't intended to. I'm sharing this on workshop to get some feedback:

1. Does it work? Anything i'm doing that you think could be improved on?
2. What have I missed? Are there things done in the base map that I haven't touched on in here?
3. I've listed below the overall areas touched - that I will also then aim to put together tutorials on, can you see anything it looks like i've done in the level but not listed below?

This is a single level, it's not using world composition, I wanted to keep it really simple. It's a few kilometers around the outside circuit though.

I want to call out particular attention to the "light switch" on the outside of the garage - it's a white box - you can use it to toggle a light on and off outside. There's also a gate which you can open and close using another similar white-box-button. I wanted to prove that I could make custom interactive objects - and that seems to be proving fine. I did find them a bit fussy to interact with in the 3rd person camera, but fine in 1st person.

The main map still isn't working quite right, and is low definition - but I have a handle on how to fix that and will work on that later. It's enough to access all the bus stops and set up routes etc, which was the initial goal for this.

I've set up a mission with three goals - though only the first two are implemented. First one is to set up a route using two specific stops, and the second is to drive that specific route. It should even take the name of the route you make and inject it in to the description of goal 2's text.

Topics tested in the level:

Roads - simple road network to do tests on with multiple routes around
Bus Stops placed and correctly named - note the large stop doesnt show names as it is missing text entities, but the others are fine
People walking around the route and using bus stop facilities correctly
Default bus route created
Able to make custom routes
Decals for the bus stops on the ground so you can see where to stop
Pot holes
Speed bumps
other road visual imperfections
