描述

A map/scenario of Western Europe starting in 800 BC, classical era. With complete borders and roads as well as some starting units/buildings/improvements/etc. Includes 4 major civs: France, Germany, Spain, England. And 4 minor civs: Portugal, Denmark, The Netherlands, Venice. And 2 medium civs: Austria, Rome.

you should possibly add southern Scandinavia and northern Africa,then include Sweeden and Morroco/The ottomans as either minor or medium civs.

My bad. I changed it. You're right the country is "The Netherlands". Dutch is the nationality.

Dutch isn't a nation, it's called "The Netherlands".
Just to explain: Dutch is a culture, just like Catalan is a culture in the east of Spain.
