as accurate as i can possibly make it in stock ksp without using partclipping aswell as other glitches.
no airbrakes
capable of over 1200m/s

try it at 6000m at speeds around 1000-1100m/s and you will get a 2.77 TWR, also im not sure where you engaged after burners seeing as it is not a function of the engines used.

The thrust-to-weight ratio of this space shuttle is too low; even when afterburner is engaged, its maximum thrust-to-weight ratio is only 1.3.:steamfacepalm:
