Okay thanks for swift reply.I will subscribe ( without props).The reason i'm loathe to download anymore props is because I try to limit myself to 2K.I have found, irrespective,that if I start to exceed that amount everything seems to go into a black hole.lol.

@Rooster The asset works fine without the props, it will only miss some chimney tubes but remains prefectly functional. If you can't stand some missing chimney tubes then yes Don't subscribe I guess. But the entire pack of all those 14 props is only 1.4MB, which is barely more than this asset. The impact on loading time is negligible, especially with the the Loading Screen Mod because they share the same textures.

Pity you need to download so many props for one building;otherwise I would have added this to my collection.
