[RH] Faction - Task Force: STALKER (B18)

The Ghosts, officially known as Task Force: STALKER. They are composed of the remnants of the U.S. Special Operations Forces around the year of 2027, in an alternate Earth torn apart by war.



Faction FAQ:
Is Task Force: STALKER friendly?
Yes. The starting relations with them range from neutral to positive, not enough for reinforcements request, however.

Can they be befriended (if hostile)?
Yes, you have to release their prisoners or successfully attend peace talks, then afterwards you can trade with them and do other friendly faction related activities.

Here's the deal guys, I was going to release these factions with animated backstory trailers, and I was only going to release project Red Horse mods when it was all 100% finished with all intended features and all balancing related fixes.

Unfortunately, due to 1.0 coming along, it's unfair that I have to make the Steam users wait some more since it will take me another 1 billion years to make updates.

I hope you all enjoy these factions without the fancy presentations, animated short films and etc. in however short time before 1.0 is officially stable. Thank you all for the support.
