This is an upscaled version of Tobse's beautiful Rotes Rathaus from 2015. Not quite sure why, but I can't post in the original asset thread and I can't get in touch with tobse. Hopefully he won't mind this upload. Please contact me Tobse if you have any concerns!

Changes I made:
  • Upscaled to 1:1
  • Plot changed to 13x12
  • Model's smoothing updated
  • Ground props removed
  • Roof props reworked

Now we just need a Neptunbrunnen (Neptune Fountain) for the plaza! If you can model figures and would like to make a fountain, please consider creating this essential Berlin asset. The Berlin flag on the roof seen in the some of the screenshots is this one by SvenBerlin. I sure wish we could make custom animated flags!

@Ventru heh yeah that's a nice suggestion. It's "Neptune" but for me it doesn't feel anything like the one in Berlin. The game's "fantastic fountain" doesn't either ofc, but I've gotten so used to it. I really hope that someday we get a proper Berlin Neptunbrunnen

Amie if you need someone to model soldiers ask Taemin B I have a few of his assets that are soldiers and they are pretty good he may be able to help you
