描述

Between the Parioli and Trieste district in Rome lies a mid 20's city block commonly known as "Coppedè district" or "The fairies' district" due to the surreal atmosphere created by the unprecedented amount of decoration that each building features. This urban villa, facing the small Piazza Mincio is probably the main attraction. Designed by eclectic artist Gino Coppedè in 1924.

@IT.M well in this case, model is not 100% accurate, let's say accurate enough to be in a city simulation game. Didn't get the blueprints for these buildings, just pictures ;)

I am always amazed when I see buildings without landings like this. I once toured a home for sale, which was badly in need of a remodel. It had steps leading right to the front door like this. Very awkward coming up to the front door, especially since there was a screen door that swung outward when we were trying to go in. We did not buy that house, but that was only one of the minor complaints.
