This has got 4k textures for the gun and 2k for the grip, so yeah, the file size is going to be bigger. Vanilla MP5K has 2k textures for the whole gun.

I´m curious... what´s the size of the original MP5k model? I find 229MB a lot for a single gun.

Depends on where do you want to port it, textures were converted and tailored for Insurgency.
