[SP/CO-OP 04] World War 2 | Big Cat Hunting

In this intense 1-4 player tank scenario you play as the 44th Royal Tank Regiment of the British army and your objective is to hunt down German big cats.

Note: If you encounter any issues, please read the 'Notes' section before commenting. The answer to your question may be found there.

As you all may know, between 5th and 8th of June, the Americans dropped Airborne troops of the 101st Airborne division to capture the town of Neaville, which they did succesfully, sadly, the Germans launched an intensive counter attack last week, bringing in lots of heavy armour and forcing the Yanks to retreat. The paratroopers lack heavy Anti-Tank capabilities, so we're being sent in first.

Your mission is to find and neutralise any German big cats you can find, namely Tigers and Panthers. We got some quite decent intel on their locations, but it isn't rock solid, so keep your eyes peeled. We've also got intel on the Tiger Ace, Wilhelm Shüssel, who has been the terror of Russian tankers for years now. It seems he was rotated to Normandy, and he was assigned with a new tank. Air recon confirms his presence, and more importantly, the presence of his Tiger II tank, the Royal Tiger. The Tiger II is a well armoured beast, the tanks you've seen Jerry deploy in North Africa and Sicily are nothing compared to the Tiger II, so stay on your guard, and try to hit it's rear and side armour.

You will approach Neaville from the north, neutralising any German tanks you find. Remember, Wilhelm Shüssel is not to be reckoned with. Even with the Tiger I his confirmed kills on the Eastern Front are unbelievable.

NOTE #1: I am aware of how much of a pain the Cromwell's lack of magnification in the gun sights is, yet a tank squad of four Fireflies makes no sense and the 75mm and 76mm Shermans are only available in US skins. Sorry about that.

NOTE #2: If your tracks get hit and damaged beyond repair, there isn't much you can do. If it happens in SP, you should probably leave the tank and die, to take control over a Cromwell. If you play MP and this happens, restarting the mission is the best thing to do.

NOTE #3: The is NO respawn in MP, due to limited respawn options. If you/one of your friends die in MP and want to continue playing, you should restart the mission. Sorry for the inconvenience.
