Starting City Layout

This is one of the best layouts for a nice growing city.

It's available from the start and offers a great layout until the endgame.
Thanks to it's design it is the perfect combination of looks, simplicity and useability.
Pictures 1-3 are showcases with a city built with the layout.
The last picture shows the layout, that you get when you build it (Right),
And the layout used in the pictures before (Left).
Since all roads are standart-roads you can customize them however you like!
