I just updated it to add an enable option in the mod options, there wasn't one before.

yeah, that's the Paradox Mod Manager where you turn the whole mod on/off...

i'm asking about while in-game either in the Mod Options or in ECM somewhere... i remember hovering over the item and the blue Info box popping up and showing 1Percenter in the description or the title... i've only found it the one time a week or two ago... i'm thinking it was somewhere where i could adjust the amount instead of it being only 1% which is why i'm thinking it was somewhere in ECM...

but that's alright... i've started a new game and i see it listed at the very top of in-game Mod Option just above ChoGGi's Library... in the 600+ Sols game i'm abandoning, it is not listed there and i don't know why... that may be where i've gotten lost... it just disappeared in that game but it was still working...

anyway, thanks for your support and all your mods!

i installed this mod in my game... finally found it either in mod config or in the really deep ECM tree... now i cannot find it again to turn it off... help!

Well fuck. I'm not gonna go through the trouble of updating for this stupid fking DLC update that adds nothing but pay content and buggy downrated content at that.
