It does work... You need to add This into the server perks file.
CustomCharacters=Stalker.Stalker.
If any of this was typed wrong, Get it from the Description.

I remember UT2004 KFmod had a playable stalker character, it looked pretty frightening, with naked tits and blood everywhere.
