The HMCS Ymir is a smaller 4 slot vessel. Primarily used for mining operations and flexible fighting capabilities, she boasts a large loadout with great weapon positioning. The HMCS Ymir has 10 dedicated size 1 turret slots for mining and AA, as well as a size 2 on top, and size 3 on the bottom for extra fire power. She is very nimble, and boasts exceptional shield capabilities for her size.

**NOTE**: The MK2 variant offers advanced shielding, and jump capabilities with Naonite upgrades, while the MK1 variant only offers basic hull (cheaper iron/titanium) with internal upgrading possible with ORANGE turret rotation blocks inserted as place holders for shields, and BLACK turret rotation blocks as place holders for jump cores.
