This mod lets you play co-op as the forgotten or the soul (if you have the true co-op mod)

Players 2-4 should now be able to select the forgotton or the soul as a playable character, though due to limits in the game/API they won't be able to use the switching mechanic.

Souls will be chained to player 1 instead of static skeleton bodies and if player 1 is the soul their chain will be linked to player 2 instead of the static forgotten body.

(you won't be able to select forgotten or soul properly if you haven't unlocked the forgotten and ???/blue baby)


In Repentance this doesn't need the True Co-op mod and only affects the chain links of any soul player so that players are linked together, as the other features are supported by default.


This is included in POTATO PACK 3.

Does it work in Repentance without True Co-Op? I don't want to overwork my game with too many mods.

I have a problem, when I select The Forgotten there is only one change, I can switch between the skeleton and the soul without problem but I cannot use the mod, what happens?
(That is, player 2 cannot control the soul. Player 1 controls the character without Mod:steamsad:)

you select the forgotten and then switch to the soul, also not quite the same but AIsaac can control Esau while you control Jacob

are you going to make a repentance version of this? even though the soul is a direct downgrade to other chars (like azazel, who isn't chained, has 3 black hearts, and mfing brimstone), it was still fun to work together tag-team style, although i dont know how the birthright effect would work.
