This mod removes the default empires, forcing the game to randomly generate them.

This mod changes vanilla files:

• Overwritten all prescripted_countries .txt files to be blank.

Please be aware that other mods that also change the default prescripted_countries files will be overwritten by this mod.

If you have any mods that use these files and you do not want my mod to overwrite them, let me know! I can move my mod to be low priority to allow mods to overwrite this.
