day one and E3 has diffrence, e3 is basically the teaser nick, clean suit, a little dirt, day one has no dirt no wounds, no nothing, its just nick before the apocalypse

i think at this point they were still going with the story that nick was a convict who stole a nice suit if anybody is really wondering thats what nick was suppose to be early in development

the major difference is he has no pistol holster and it just is glued to his leg.

cleaner suit thats it
