"Recycling" Hub Garbage 1x1

I have a school that gets neglected every so often, because my genius trash managers decide to dispatch a truck from th opposite side of the map, and he is full by the time he gets to the school. This has been the perfect answer to this problem....now if only I could fire the logistics manager, or take it out of his paycheck....

I use this for a natural reserve park up in the mountains which is only accessible by cablecar. However there is not emtying. I thought that this little item would actually recycle/process garbage, hence the name "recycling hub." Could you make that it actually processes garbage or upload a second version with processing abilities?

Is it possible to set up automatic emptying rubbish? plz~
