Maybe it's just me but his colors are noticeably darker here than what's seen in the images from E3 / the reveal. Perhaps Valve darkened the colors a bit before outright replacing it with what we got in the end... hmm

Arms are a little weird in first person, like the left arm being bent when holding the autoshotgun. (default model/anims)

You’re looking at alpha screenshots. The model and texture were unfinished then, look at Ellis in the same screenshots, completely untextured arms.
