Riotshield unlock and client fix

If you join a server with riotshield in it, you won't have the melee sound and icon. This simple addon fixes just that, nothing else. And if you host custom map with this addon on, some of the custom maps will have riotshield rotated sometimes.

*This however, does not unlock Riotshield on official campaigns. For that you would need to search for melee unlock.*
