Remodeled (and new) anime-styled female citizens.

Details:
1400~1700 tris each (LOD: 900~700 tris)
1024x1024 textures (LOD: 128x128)
Color maps applies to clothes for young adults, blue-collars, educated, and pensioners

Changes to Anime Teen Female:
Removed color variation for hair
There are now only 2 stripes on the collar instead of 3.

The vanilla models are just about 1000 tris each, so hopefully my models aren't too performance-hindering

There are so cute, I might get them for my city for fun. I'm just worried about performance. How much is that 1700 tris compared to the in-game pedestrian models?
