Yes, after some game updates the internal code and textures may conflict with new content, which usually means they need to be re-linked again.
I do have a huge update in the works but it's not ready for release just yet because it needs to be balanced, and I too see the potential Spirits of the Isle has, and that is why I decided to make content like this, because there wasnt anything similar on the market yet.

There's still a lot of content coming in the future.
Reason there's no development or updates at this moment is because of life ;)
When I do play a game it currently is not ARK, but when I get back to it my modders heart always warms up again and then I will continue.

Making a mod like that does require quite a bit of work, I'm not sure if you're familiar with the modding world and how much work it is, but if I were to make such a thing it would probably be used for a day or two before nobody else uses it anymore.
Being a god is only fun for so long before it gets boring and repetitive.
