[TFA-VOX] Reaper (OW)

Not much to say here. It's just a TFA-VOX pack for the Reaper playermodel you can find on the workshop.

It's not perfect and not every action in the file will trigger a sound file to play. But it's still good enough to be useable.

Features so far sounds for:
*Healing (both for normal and max healing)
*Reaching critical health
*Being at low health
*Dying
*Spawning
*Picking up stuff
*Out of ammo
*Falling
*Killing combine solders and metrocops
*Killing manhacks and scanners
*Killing allies
*Generic kills
*Spotting combines, metrocops, zombies, snipers and allies
*Agree, disagree, forward, group and wave gestures
*Getting damaged (except gear)
*Bashing with weapons (only works for weapons that use the TFA base)
*Wheel actions for agreeing, disagreeing, requesting health and armor and for saying "thanks".

If you have issues with getting sound files to play (and the console says it was unable to find it), then please let me know and i'll see what i can do to fix it.
