Kamen Rider Super-1

I was going through the kamenrider wiki looking for reference pics, and it talks about it. Super-1 is the 9th Kamen Rider (counting secondary Riders), but originally the 9th Kamen Rider was going to be introduced in Skyrider as its secondary Rider and called Kamen Rider V9. That didn't end up happening, but there is design pics for it. I figured it would be cool to base an appearance on what the 9th Kamen Rider could have been, and its not like there was a better 4th attire outside of another hand color swap.

since when was there a v9 form?
