描述
In 'n' Out is a diner based in the USA. This particular building can be found in Westwood Los Angeles.

All extra detail props I have used are vanilla and from other talented creators, I have listed them over there somewhere -->

This is my second CS asset so please leave me feedback and critique!

If you guys want it to be RICO supported then either set it up as you like or use the 'Find It' mod and just plop it yourself.

For future assets here's how you can update an asset. As long as the ingame name and the file name is the same it will automatically be replaced with the new one in people's cities. :)

For the few who downloaded this a few days ago, thanks for the feedback and your criticisms were fixed over night.. now includes a 1k texture and custom LOD.. I hope you find this new version!
